Built in 1905 in West Tampa at the “boom” of the Ybor City. As new cigar factories located to the area demand for supporting commercial came with it. Entrepreneurial cigar associated commercial enterprises sprouted. Multi-purpose buildings were built like this one. Like other buildings built during this period stabilization of the building exterior is necessary.
