Built in 1908 this building is part of the integral fabric of the contributing structures aligned along East 7th Ave. It is an important element that contributes to the historic fabric of Ybor City.

Work Performed

  •  Neon and LED sign removal, restoration, and replacement

  •  Exterior masonry cleaning

  • Masonry repair, replacement, and repointing

  • Window restoration and repair

  • Priming, painting, and sealing exterior surfaces
