Their services have been provided throughout the State of Florida and they have experience in complex and architecturally sensitive projects. All Trades is well versed in this aspect of construction which an eye toward being efficient as well as thorough. They only employ trained and skilled craftsmen whose purpose is to enable historic buildings to recover their former grandeur. I have seen their work and have personally been in a position of having to review and approve their work. I have never had any concern or hesitation regarding the quality or completeness of their work.

They “stay in touch” throughout the project and advise the owners immediately if they discover any problem associated with the renovation program. They are “cost-conscious” and do their best to economize throughout the entire process.

I have never hesitated to recommend their company; indeed, I frequently have done so and will continue to. In conclusion, I highly recommend All Trades Historic Restoration. “I worked with All Trades Historical Restorations LLC for the last year and a half on the Lakeland Terrace Hotel exterior repair and renovation. The hotel originally opened in 1924 and is a Hotel significant historical building in downtown Lakeland, Florida. The building suffered major damage in 2017 during hurricane Irma. All Trades was diligent in identifying damaged areas of the exterior finish and supplying documentation for the insurance company. The final contract was in excess of $1,000,000. The supervision and tradesmen supplied by All Trades was some of the best I have ever worked with and I would gladly recommend them on any historical restoration project.”

“We have had the pleasure of working with All Trades Historical Restorations on 2 separate projects on our historically registered building. The latest project
(St. Petersburg First United Methodist Church) was a year-long restoration of our brick, mortar, and cast stone. This 97-year-old 60,000+ square foot building demands constant maintenance and the flexibility, knowledge, attention to detail and thoughtful project management that All Trades offers, along with Cassie’s incredible enthusiasm makes a sizable project seem to go smoothly and the building well cared for. I certainly appreciate the care that All Trades has taken with this house of worship.”

“All Trades Historical Restoration has been engaged by Centro Ybor to repair and weatherize the Centro Español Building located on 7th Avenue in Ybor City, the National Historic District in Tampa, Florida. The building was constructed in 1912 and served the Spanish immigrant population as its social center, with a ballroom, restaurants, and a Spanish language movie theater. All Trades has been an excellent contractor for this project. They have been very professional, on budget and on time. Especially helpful was that they worked closely with the multiple tenants in the property to minimize disruption of the businesses. I am happy to provide this testimonial for All Trades”

“My introduction to All Trades Historical Restoration occurred several years ago when I was invited to see a project that Cassie and her company had recently completed on a friend’s airplane bungalow. I was very impressed with their beautiful and historically accurate restoration work – and the owner was thrilled with the results. Since that time, Cassie and her team have completed a number of projects in St. Pete, as well as across the state, both residential and commercial. They have established a reputation for professional work, focusing on maintaining the historical integrity of the projects they take on. Due to Covid and supply chain issues, the past couple of years have been challenging for companies in the construction field, but Cassie’s enthusiasm for her work radiates. We are so lucky to have her and All Trades’ commitment to preservation excellence here in St. Pete!”

“All Trades Historical Restoration conducted an extensive restoration of the exterior of our 1924 sanctuary and associated church structure. The building had deterioration and cracks in the mortar joints and cornice, allowing for significant water infiltration into the building with the consequent buildup of mold, mildew and damage to the interior paint and stucco in many areas. The wood frames around the original stained glass windows were considerably damaged with some rotten material and flaking paint. The window seals were weak and decayed. Their highly qualified intervention included masonry cleaning and restoration, mortar repair, wood repair, cornice repair, and final waterproofing. All Trades, under the leadership of Cassie Gardner, guided us through the restoration with suggestions and recommendations, and excellent advice as to procedures and work sequence. All Trades’ staff kept us informed of everything that was worked on and were diligent with having us involved in all decisions required during the project. Their communications were carried out tactfully and diplomatically. Follow up reports and photographic documentation were timely and thorough. All staff were friendly, neat, and punctual, which was very refreshing. We have been very pleased with the outcome of the project and we will continue to use All Trades for the next phases of our building restoration!”

“All Trades contracted with Greater Bethel M.B. Church, Inc. for over $100K to do the exterior work of the church sanctuary which celebrated 123 years in 2017. Work included: cleaning, tuck pointing, sealants/coating and water/damp proofing and window restoration. The excellent work done by All Trades restored Greater Bethel exterior brand new…yes brand new. The large crack that was in the front of the church is now seamless, other cracks cannot be found, the polyglass has been replaced with a new and better product called Lexan…the best…what a glow on the windows at night. The owner, Mrs. Cassie Gardner is very professional and excellent to work with. She meets her client’s needs. She took the time to communicate the project status and provided weekly logs of the on-going project status. The project was completed by the due date and the project remained within budget. Oh yes, the water sealants used gave the church exterior a great shine.”

“Throughout the years the trustees were trying to fix roof leaks, repair plaster damage caused by moisture, tuckpoint and waterproof the exterior and any other repair they could think of to stop the moisture. It was as if they were making temporary solutions to a problem that had not yet been identified. That went on for almost 100 years! It was not until your team identified a problem of “shifting keystones” above the windows did we realize that no one in the decades past had recognized the true issue. Your team identify the problem and then took the time to come up with an ingenious solution of resetting the keystone and bricks and holding them in place with steel rods. Your solution was so original that you received an Award of Merit for Preservation from the Ohio Historical Society. Your repair and restoration work on the exterior teamed with your refurbishing and remodeling of the interior… has allowed me to brag that since 1915 our 100-year-old building has never been in better shape! No more leaking, no more moisture issues!”

“Church of the Ascension in Clearwater Florida would highly recommend All Trades Restoration and Construction Company for all aspects of restoration. Our beautiful and historic church had many water intrusion issues for many years. As property manager for the church for 26 years we tried several companies and several techniques to solve the problem with no good results. Since All Trades completed their cleaning of our stone building using their sealing process we no longer have any moisture issues whatsoever. If ever we need any work on any of our buildings, we will make our first call to All Trades. We found Cassie Gardner to be most knowledgeable as to how to solve our problems. A very professional company.”

“A second century theologian named Irenaeus said, “The glory of God is humanity fully alive.” All Trades Historical Restoration brought the fullness of their life and skills to bring new life to our treasured Good Shepherd window above our high altar. All Trades replaced the deteriorated wood structure surrounding our window as well as the lexan covering. Our historic and original Tiffany Good Shepherd Window has graced our sanctuary since 1896. Entrusting our heirloom to All Trades has been a blessing for our community of faith. Without reservation we recommend their care for antiquities worth preserving for future generations.”
