The Terrace Hotel construction was completed in 1924. In the 1940’s-1950’s, The Terrace was the vacation spot of celebrated figures such as Henry Ford, Frank Sinatra, and Frank Lloyd Wright The hotel fell into disrepair and was closed down in 1986 only to be resurrected in 1998.
